摘要: Exercise induces neuroprotection not only by increasing blood flow throughout the brain, elevating levels of neurotrophins and neurotransmitters, inducing neurogenesis in hippocampus, neuroplasticity, but also decreasing brain atrophy, reducing neuroinflammation, oxidative stress. Molecular mechanisms signal transduction pathways which exercise exerts its beneficial effects are fully understood. However, it is becoming increasingly evident that upregulates expression BDNF, a growth factor, promotes synaptic plasticity cognition. In addition, physical activity reduces pressure, obesity, type II diabetes, risk factors for stroke, AD, PD, depression. animal models depression, produces effect proinflammatory lipid mediators retarding accumulation abnormal proteins, such as β-amyloid AD α-synuculin PD.
