摘要: markdownabstract__Abstract__ Colorectal surgery is an important aspect of our current health system, due to the high incidence colorectal cancer combined with ageing population, improved long-term outcomes after surgery, and perfectioning operative postoperative aspects through laparoscopy enhanced recovery programs. However, complications painfully remain, despite efforts amelioration perioperative care. Research for molecular pathways non-surgical treatment modalities inflammatory bowel disease rising in importance, however improvement quality safety should remain become ever more a key element all surgeons. This thesis aims add this improvement.
