摘要: This article critically examines the effects of chance, turning points and periods routine on careers ten male returners to further education. Chance is an under‐theorised influence career development there also a dearth qualitative data this phenomenon. The I present demonstrate that chance events can act as powerful individual careers. address why my cohort responded pragmatically offers employment model conceptualises development. conclude by examining implications for both education guidance practice.
