摘要: Plant availability and risk for leaching and/or runoff losses of phosphorus (P) from soils depend among others on P concentration in the soil solution. Water-soluble measures solution concentration. The aim this study was to understand effect wheat residue char (biochar) addition water-soluble a wide range biochar-amended soils. Eleven agricultural fields representing dominant texture classes Swedish lands were chosen. Concentrations biochar measured prior incorporation laboratory. Experiments with three textures—silt loam, clay an intermediate loam different rates (i.e., 0.5, 1, 2, 4 %; w/w) showed that highest achieved at application rate 1 %. At higher rates, concentrations decreased which coincided pH increase 0.3–0.7 units. When 11 amended % (w/w) biochar, increased most ranging 253 However, much added through retained (33–100 %). We concluded can act as source soluble P, low high additions have effects due possible reactions Ca Mg biochar.
