摘要: The outer membrane protein composition of mucoid Pseudomonas aeruginosa recovered without subculture from the sputum a cystic fibrosis patient was studied by sodium dodecyl sulphate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. results indicated that three proteins in range Mr 80 000–90 000 were induced. induction these can be simulated growing same isolate under iron-restricted conditions laboratory media.
