摘要: The transport characteristics of a hollow-fiber blood ultrafilter were studied in vitro to provide an understanding the factors which control solute removal rate and permit design full-scale clinical device. dependence ultrafiltrate flux on transmembrane pressure difference, protein concentration, flow rate, fiber geometry was correlated terms available theoretical analyses. Solute rejection 1.0 for albumin decreased nearly zero solutes several thousand molecular weight. An analysis overall hemodiafilter behavior showed that rates 200 ml. per minute can be attained with device reasonable size would inulin whole clearance about 100 minute.
