摘要: Tissue macrophages can be activated by endogenous danger signals released from cells that are stressed or injured, leading to infiltration of inflammatory and neutrophils. We postulated macrophage-related markers might closely associated with the existence signals, reflecting ongoing tissue injury in absence foreign substances. This study was designed assess ability endomyocardial biopsies predict cardiac non-inflammatory myocardial diseases. examined levels (CD68, CD163, CD45) patients (n = 86) various diseases quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (n = 78) immunohistochemistry (n = 56). Thirty-three without disease such as myocarditis sarcoidosis were classified “improved” “non-improved” defined a 10 % increase left ventricular ejection fraction echocardiograph value greater than 30 % at time follow-up. All (MacR) not higher non-improved dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) improved patients. However, amyloidosis, Fabry disease, mitochondrial cardiomyopathy, biventricular arrhythmogenic right (ARVC), which categorized “non-improvement diseases,” had elevated compared Macrophage-related increased biopsy samples intractable ARVC.
