摘要: Abstract A case of multiple myeloma with paramyloidosis presenting as rheumatoid disease is described. The clinical picture was that a symmetric polyarthritis involving fingers, wrists, elbows, shoulders and knees; flexion contractures were present, small nodules felt over the volar surfaces both ulnas below olecranon. bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome had been treated by division ligaments two years previously.
