摘要: The subjective nature of psychodynamic psychotherapy (PP) makes training and supervision more abstract compared to other forms psychotherapy. issues encountered in the learning process PP Malaysian psychiatry trainees are discussed this article. Issues preparation before starting PP, case selection, assessment patients, dynamic formulations, supervision, anxieties therapy, countertransference, termination treatment alliance, transfer care, therapeutic setting, bioethical considerations explored. Everyone's experience is unique there no algorithmic approach its practice. With creative thinking, effort, “good enough” a trainee can improve skills, even underserved areas world.
