摘要: Abstract Islets of Langerhans guinea pigs were isolated by means collagenase and identified with a dissecting mieroscope. Organ culture the islets was started in natural medium various glucose concentrations. The examined histologically their general morphology noted, as well state specific granules alpha beta cells. Both types cell underwent partial degranulation. At high concentration cells more degranulated nuclei noticeably hypertrophied. No distinct differences at low concentrations could be detected. It is concluded that influence upon islands vivo vitro prineiple similar.
