摘要: Abstract Food is necessity for human being. As the world population increasing, it very difficult to fulfil everyone's need of food. One alternatives this problem preservation crops, vegetable and fruits when available in abundant amount. Drying one best methods preserve agricultural products long time but requires lot energy. availability electricity per capita developing under developed countries less, thus uses heating purpose cannot be economically environmentally justified option.
