摘要: The relationship between primary tumor proliferative activity and clinical pathologic characteristics was analyzed in relation to menopausal status for 541 breast cancer patients. thymidine-3H labeling index (LI) showed significantly higher median values cancers from premenopausal (4.2%) paramenopausal patients comparison that of postmenopausal (1.8%) LI not generally correlated size. only significant correlation limited tumors with negative axillary lymph nodes neither the presence nor extension metastasis. prognostic significance assessed 145 untreated without metastases.
