摘要: Plant growth-promoting bacteria (PGPB) have recently been demonstrated as a promising agent to improve wastewater treatment and biomass production efficiency of duckweed hydrocultures. With view their reliable use in aqueous environments, this study analysed the plant colonization dynamics PGPB ecological consequences for entire duckweed-associated bacterial community. A strain, Aquitalea magnusonii H3, was inoculated at different cell densities or timings presence three environmental communities. The results showed that strain H3 improved growth by 11.7-32.1% five out nine experiments. Quantitative-PCR amplicon sequencing analyses successfully colonized after 1 3 d inoculation all cultivation tests. However, it significantly decreased number 7 d, similar communities were observed on regardless inoculation. Predicted metagenome analysis suggested genes related chemotactic motility surface attachment systems are consistently enriched through community assembly duckweed. Taken together, dominantly short period growth. did not lasting impact due strong resilience natural microbiome.
