Neck sprain--a major cause of disability following car accidents.

摘要: One hundred and thirty-seven patients attending hospital following road traffic accidents were contracted regarding pain in the neck between 1 2 years later. Eighty-five (62 per cent) stated that they had suffered at some time their accident compared with 42 (30.6 who noted to have when examined soon after accident. Thirty-one (22.6 still felt occasional year 5 continuous year. Pain occurred irrespective of direction impact but was disproportionately common rear accidents. Patients wearing seat belts experienced more frequently than unbelted patients.
