摘要: Abstract Backround Hepatic artery (HA) anastomosis is still a challenge in living donor liver transplantation due to the short- and small-caliber graft artery. Patients methods If recipient HA damaged, reconstruction of significant problem. This paper reports on results using our alternative source patients who had depredation for variety reasons, including transarterial chemoembolization. We used right gastroepiploic hepatic 5 patients. Results None experienced thrombosis. Only one patient underwent retransplantation chronic rejection biliary leakage. The mean follow-up time was 7.4 months; no loss or mortality observed. can be securely with damaged HA.
