Awareness, use and opinions of methodological search filters used for the retrieval of evidence-based medical literature—a questionnaire survey

摘要: The aim of this study was to determine the level awareness methodological search filters among health and academic librarians in UK Ireland, their use views on perceived benefits, limitations ways increase usage filters. A random proportional sample were surveyed by telephone fax. Overall, 88% (196/224) completed survey establish Eighty-four per cent (51/61) a fax focusing more depth usability issues surrounding Results indicate high filters, but low usage. Furthermore, did not necessarily correlate with knowledge or understanding.
