摘要: A low-loss CMOS full-wave active rectifier is presented. It consists of two dynamically biased and symmetrically matched diodes each realized by an nMOS switch driven a 2-ns voltage comparator with reverse-current control. With load 1.8-kOmega, the rectified dc 3.22 V 1.2 for 13.56 MHz ac sinusoidal input 3.5 1.5 respectively. fabricated in 0.35-mum process area 0.0055 mm 2, no low-threshold devices on-chip passive components
