摘要: The effects of operating a water supply reservoir with policy hedging on various performance criteria are investigated. results simulations where policies different degrees adopted used to determine how reliability, resiliency, and mean maximum deficit vary as functions parameters derive the relationships between these criteria. It is found that standard best in relation reliability resiliency satisfactory regard deficits. Hedging improves respect if it started sufficient storage. If applied when there little storage, reduces risk very large future deficits, although will be increased. continued even demand can supplied, more stable decreased, but achieved at cost increasing rate failure.
