摘要: Abstract High curing temperature and big brittleness are two disadvantages of heat resistant thermosetting resins. To simultaneously resolve these problems, surface functionalized fibrous attapulgite (N-ATT) was used to modify 4,4′-bismaleimidodiphenylmethane (BDM)/2,2′-diallyl bisphenol A (DBA) resin, then a new kind high performance nanocomposites (BD/N-ATT) were developed. The structure properties BD/N-ATT with different loadings N-ATT intensively studied. Results prove that the functionalization endows has multi-effects BD thus change chemical aggregation state (including crosslinking density free volume) structures crosslinked network, consequently, composites have obviously from resin. For composite only 0.5 wt% N-ATT, its impact strength is about 1.6 times value while glass transition initial degradation 25 20 °C higher than those respectively. attractive small loading N-ATTs suggest great potential in many cutting-edge fields; besides, interestingly, method developed herein suggests way develop resins related improved feature, toughness thermal resistance.
