摘要: Abstract 2-Mercaptothiazoline (MTZ) is widely utilized as a brightening and stabilization agent, corrosion inhibitor antifungal reagent. The residue of MTZ in the environment potentially hazardous to human health. In this study, binding mode with bovine serum albumin (BSA) was investigated using spectroscopic molecular docking methods under physiological conditions. could spontaneously bind BSA through hydrogen bond van der Waals interactions one site. site marker displacement experiments revealed that bound into II (subdomain IIIA) BSA, which further resulted some backbone structures microenvironmental changes BSA. This work helpful for understanding transportation, distribution toxicity effects blood.
