摘要: Abstract Objective To investigate the factors associated with age of natural menopause and menopausal symptoms in a large population Chinese middle-aged women. Study design In this cross-sectional study, total 20,275 women (40–65 years) attending health screening Jiangsu Province China were enrolled. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data demographics, status, chronic diseases, reproductive history, etc. Also we evaluated severity by Kupperman index (KMI). Main outcome measure Menopausal scorings index. Results The overall median at 50 years. Lower educational level, poor economic lower body mass (BMI), menarche less than 14 years, nulliparity smoking earlier onset (P Conclusion study provided an estimate main contributing smoking. Thus, provides important insights for physicians prevent treat related symptoms.
