摘要: Abstract The EOS/GE type mixing rules have been successfully used in cubic EOSs. In this work, we made an attempt to derive a similar rule for the Carnahan-Starling-Redilich-Kwong (CS-RK) EOS, which is perturbed hard-sphere EOS with much better theoretical basis than ones. new derived as simple that EOSs, and UNIFAC model was GE required. application calculation of solubility solids solid mixtures supercritical carbon dioxide shows proposed rule, requires only few group interaction parameters, gives comparable results two-parameter van der Waals rule. present work illustrates may great potentials non-cubic could be successful those
