摘要: Manual palpation to update the position of subsurface tumor(s) is a normal practice in open surgery, but not possible through small incisions minimally invasive surgery (MIS). This paper proposes method that has potential use simple constant-force indenter and existing laparoscopic camera for tumor location refinement MIS. The floats with organ movement generate static surface deformation on soft tissue, resolving problems previous studies require complicated measurement force displacement during indentation.
