摘要: The observation of a very intense blue and green photoluminescence from low‐resistivity CuAlS2 crystals, grown by chemical vapor transport subsequently doped with Zn, is reported. emission strong even at room temperature, the color being dependent on Zn‐doping conditions. Results obtained suggest that compound can be considered as perspective material for light‐emitting device realization.
