摘要: Aim: To evaluate the feasibility, efficacy, and safety of laparoscopic surgery for benign gynecological disease in women over 70 years old. Materials Methods: Fifty-four old underwent from January 2003 to December 2009. Each woman was matched with two subjects 30–50 younger group; matching patients undergoing a similar surgical technique retrospective We evaluated body mass index, comorbidities, number previous abdominal surgeries, operating time, hemoglobin change, postoperative complications, hospital stay, return bowel activity. The χ2-test t-test were used compare results elderly group group. Results: There no significant differences between (over old) (aged complications. Conclusion: Laparoscopic is feasible, efficient, safe. However, large prospective randomized study needed confirm conclusion.
