摘要: The sustainable use of public renewable resources is a crucial issue for the long run survival mankind. With rapidly increasing population and quick economy development, overexploitation worldwide seriously affects their ability to renew themselves therefore (Food Agriculture Organization, 2004; Garcia & Grainger, 2005). To complicate problem further, modelling commercial exploitation represents an extremely challenging task, as it always involves nonlinear interaction among many different components (biological, economic, social) well uncertainty. In particular fishery management with chaotic catastrophic dynamics has been thoroughly discussed in Rosser (2002a). Many researchers have investigated dynamic exploited biomass regarded single species (Bischi Lamantia, 2007; Bischi, Kopel, Szidarovszky, 2005; Clark, 1990; Fan Wang, 1998; Gu, 2007). Recently also evolution stage-structured addressed (see Jing Ke (2004); Song Chen (2002); Gao, Chen, Sun (2005)). This analysis significance especially those whose individuals economic value at ages. For example, little eels are often called “soft gold,” high value, so agents interested harvesting only eels. But case exactly opposite immature negligible conomic that exploiters want harvest mature let grows, can acquire greater value. Often regulators try direct activity toward target stage, instance by limiting trawl too small meshes order protect infant
