Mixed Network Effect of Broadband Near-Infrared Emission in Bi-Doped B2 O3 -GeO2 Glasses

摘要: We report on the mixed network effect of broadband near-infrared (NIR) emission Bi-doped borogermanate glasses. On excitation with 808 nm laser diode (LD) radiation, fluorescence intensity at 1235 nm a full width half maximum (FWHM) about 200 nm was found to vary B2O3 content, which agrees well variation tendency absorption 500 and 700 nm. The peak position NIR depend strongly wavelength. Two kinds bismuth centers are proposed coexist in glasses: Bi0 Bi+, contribute emissions 1240 1095 nm, respectively.
