摘要: To improve bread making quality of flour and produce transgenic plants free selectable markers, Immature embryo scutella from Xindong No. 26 were used as explants for establishing an efficient stable wheat regeneration system, then he linear expressing box 1Dx5 without markers was transformed into the immature Xin Dong via particle bombardment. The result showed that MS medium containing 2, 4-D 1.5 mg/L Dicamba 0.5 callus induction, R ZT 1 2,4-D 0.01 differentiation best efficiency, frequency 90%; Transformed screened by PCR, three detected among 1000 plants, only yielding transformation rate 0.3%. compositions HWM-GS analyzed SDS-PAGE. HMW-GS gene expressed in some seeds plants. Our studies lay foundations obtaining marker-free transformants using
