Experiences With Intimate Partner Violence Among Latina Women

摘要: This study examined experiences with intimate partner violence in 292 Latina women classified as U.S. born, immigrant, or migrant-seasonal workers. High lifetime rates of were found, 33.9% reporting physical violence, 20.9% sexual coercion, and 82.5% psychological aggression. Rates the preceding year also high, 18.5% experiencing 14.4% 72.6% Participants' marital status partners' substance use associated victimization. The present findings suggest need for screening risk factors settings that serve women.
