摘要: Ghrelin is known as a regulator of the blood glucose homeostasis and food intake. In present study, possible roles ghrelin located in spinal cord regulation level were investigated ICR mice. We found that intrathecal (i.t.) injection with (from 1 to 10 μg) caused an elevation level. addition, i.t. pretreatment YIL781 (ghrelin receptor antagonist; from 0.1 5 markedly attenuated ghrelin-induced hyperglycemic effect. The plasma insulin was increased by ghrelin. enhanced reduced YIL781. However, glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1; did not affect hyperglycemia.
