摘要: Experiments in space either on orbital missions on-board the ISS, or suborbital using sounding rockets, like TEXUS as well parabolic flight campaigns are still gold standard to achieve real microgravity conditions field of gravitational biology and medicine. However, during launch, flight, hypergravity vibrations occur which might interfere with effects microgravity. It is therefore important know these discriminate them from effects. This can be achieved by ground-based facilities centrifuges vibration platforms. Recently, we have conducted several experiments different thyroid cancer cell lines. study, part ESA-CORA-GBF 2010-203 project, focused influence benign human follicular epithelial cells (Nthy-ori 3-1 line). Gene protein expression regulation under both were analyzed for VCAN, ITGA10, ITGB1, OPN, ADAM19, ANXA1, TNFA, ABL2, ACTB, PFN2, TLN1, EZR, RDX, MSN, CTGF, PRKCA, PRKAA1 quantitative real-time PCR Western Blot. We found that affected genes proteins involved extracellular matrix, cytoskeleton, apoptosis, growth signaling. Vibration always led a down-regulation, whereas resulted more heterogeneous pattern. Overall conclude gene production various proteins. As consequence, it perform control parallel experiments.
