摘要: AbstractProstatic involvement with transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder is common. Surveillance for prostatic invasion consists primarily cystoscopic examination urethra. Unfortunately, may involve other regions prostate that are inaccessible by cystoscopy. A total 58 men underwent transrectal ultrasound before cystoprostatectomy or, in some cases, ultrasound-guided biopsies and subsequent cystoprostatectomy. Prostatic was found 20 patients (34.5%). Of those 10 (50%) demonstrated urethra invasion, 7 (35%) stromal 4 (20%) ejaculatory duct seminal vesicle 3 (15%) periprostatic tissues.
