摘要: Small disturbances superimposed on the growing boundary-layer flow along a long swept wing are governed by partial differential equations with respect to local chordwise Reynolds number and nondimensional vertical coordinate. For simple widely applicable method of stability estimation, however, it is desirable reduce exact disturbance an eigenvalue problem corresponding ordinary equations, as in analysis two-dimensional parallel flows. This paper proposes such model system that includes most important terms nonparallelism wall curvature. Numerical computations show eigensolutions can properly describe multi-instability characteristics three-dimensional boundary layers near attachment line wing.
