摘要: An experimental investigation of the thermal hysteresis in pinned charge-density-wave (CDW) TaS3 shows that R vs. T features are independent velocity \( \dot{T} \) and acceleration \ddot{T} \). The relaxation observed when is held fixed either suppressed or dominated by charges induced a changing T. A technique analogous to ac demagnetisation used prepare state which be free for 8 hours. disequilibration CDW slight ΔT then demonstrated. We propose changes induce stress on condensate. Release usually proceeds spontaneous condensate quakes occur throughout length sample. Brief discussions repinned state, Preisach dynamics nature given.
