摘要: University curricula in Information Technology (IT) necessarily require frequent change, updating and even complete revision due to advances technologies, new methodologies, changes how people organisations make use of computers. We argue that curriculum which is a complex process involves many actors, should be seen through the lens innovation theory studied as an innovation. To understand it useful examine interactions between both human non-human entities contribute final product, this paper discusses theories proposes ecological approach building re-building university IT. Ecology concerned with interrelationships: different living things, things their environment. Building on our previous work area, we explain by its application several specific case studies IT attempt at explaining why some elements are adopted successfully whilst others not. Interesting might from theoretical academic perspective however, explanatory much more relevant if can also used practically. While no claim being able predict success or failure innovation, do suggest improve chances success. making possible particular will successfully.
