摘要: ABSTRACTIn this paper, a study is presented on the microstructure, dielectric and piezoelectric properties of 0–3 connectivity barium titanate-Portland cement composite with 40% titanate content at composition has an acoustic impedance that match concrete structure. The results show both constant (ϵr) loss (tanδ) were found to decrease increasing frequency. ϵr value was 239 frequency 1 kHz. In addition, ferroelectric hysteresis loops indicate “apparent” remnant polarization increases as applied external electrical field increases. Furthermore, coefficient 7 pC/N under low poling 1 kV/mm.
