摘要: An image pickup device in which a plurality of radiation sensitive devices are divided into plural groups. There provided first read-out means separately read out the signals from respective groups cells, and second serially reads cells. It is possible to produce color component through while producing high range means. The cells formed on common semi-conductive body.
