摘要: ABSTRACT Two hundred and forty blood samples were collected from children, women, men in urban areas of Enugu State, Nigeria. The analyzed for lead by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results show the range % detectable values 3.9–88.1 μg/dl 97.92%, respectively. sample population was classified according to age groups (≤12, 13–25, >25 years), sex, occupationally non-occupationally exposed, pregnant women/nursing mothers other those exposed/or not exposed some possible risk factors. This done find out if there is a trend within different categories, which will help identifying toxicity Children had highest levels (12–88 μg/dl), with mean level 48.8 μg/dl. Males showed higher concentration than did women our study, while lower (28.8 ± 19.8 μg/dl) (32.8 12 μg/dl)...
