摘要: Calcium phosphate (CaP) and calcium oxalate (CaOx) are the two most common crystalline constituents of human urinary stones. is often recognized as nucleator CaOx crystals, but relationship between not yet clearly understood. Using rat models nephrolithiasis, we studied role CaP in renal deposition CaOx. nephrolithiasis was brought about by inducing hyperoxaluria, while produced dietary manipulation. Under similar or supersaturations, male rats were prone to form deposits female susceptible produce their kidneys. Crystal females generally localized corticomedullary junction males papillae. The results indicate that gender plays an important type location crystal In addition, does appear influence
