摘要: Abstract A new skin or fascial flap is described, based on the dorsal ulnar artery. In hundred fresh cadaveric forearms this vessel was constant with a diameter of 1 to 1.3 mm, passing dorsally from artery deep flexor carpi ulnaris muscle. It supplies and fascia in distal two thirds side forearm (length 9 20 cm; width 1.5 10 cm). can cover defects palmar aspects hand wrist, thenar hypothenar eminence. be used as avoid fibrosis around median nerve tendons. The authors show anatomy some clinical cases.
