摘要: The starch-based fishing composite fibers were prepared by one-step reactive extrusion and melt spinning. effects of starch contents on the microstructural, thermal, dynamic mechanical, mechanical properties studied. And degradation behaviors in soil also investigated. compatibility between HDPE is improved significantly grafting maleic anhydride (MA) using blending extrusion. As content increased, melting temperature crystallinity gradually decreased due to fluffy internal structures. Dynamic analysis showed that transition peak α high-temperature region was weakened narrowed with increasing content; moreover, a shoulder appeared low-temperature side assigned β-relaxation related phase. In addition, results significant decrease breaking strength increase elongation at break as increased. After for 5 months, surface had been deteriorated, while flocculent layers observed large number microfibers appeared. weight loss rate (5.2~34.8%) increased (50~90 wt%).
