摘要: An outline of procedures to synchronise oestrus and ovulation in pigs is described. The cycle can be synchronised depending on the stage reproductive these animals. Non-cyclic gilts shortly before puberty, easily by treatments with a mixture 400 i.u. eCG 200 hCG. A more accurate timing obtained starting follicular phase inducing 3 day later hCG or GnRH. Reproductive disturbances might induced if animals reality are cyclic. similar treatment possible for sows at weaning (especially primiparous sows, which may otherwise show extended intervals). Cyclic synchronisation luteal means progestagen (Regumate?) during approximately 18 days. This permits spontaneous regression but prevents development until end treatment. In weaned postponed Regumate? days, offering time recover from lactational stress. alternative, still experimental, procedure induction luteolysis pregnant after Day 12 insemination (breed abort) pseudo-pregnancy followed luteolysis. general non-cyclic regulated effectively gonadotropins, phase, while cyclic postpone phase.
