摘要: In a strapped-down gyroscope space vehicle attitude control system, method and apparatus are provided for gyro drift input axis misalignment error compensation employing sun star tracker preselected calibration maneuvers. During the maneuvers using as external references, outputs of two-axis gyroscopes nominally aligned with optical trackers measured. The measured provide calibration, roll, pitch yaw scale factors values corresponding to degree nonorthogonality between roll axes relative axis. With data so obtained stored in special purpose digital computer, is then rolled yawed through precomputed angles modified by acquire target without further recourse references.
