摘要: In current tight competitive situation, companies always try to create differentiation anytime achieve better and sustainable performance. Rapid unpredictable changes insist the should be innovative, so that aspects of globalization, e-business, technology innovation, creativity, global competition, knowledge creation, diffusion new technologies revolution sources performance competitiveness improvement. Therefore, maintain core competencies advantage, develop continuous learning, management. Knowledge-Technology-Innovation (KTI) can a driver for country’s development growth. Japan, South Korea, Singapore are countries have limited natural human resources, but able economic development. KTI is not only practiced at individual organizational level, also implemented community, national, or state level. KTI, therefore, encourage expected advantage creation become decisive factor country stable This research intends analyze relationships commitment, leadership, capital, government policy, competence. used correlational method literature study approach. The result this relationship model each these as framework further research. follows: Leadership, competence, capital (as independent variables) direct (influence) on (dependent variable) indirectly (through an intervening variable); has (effect) advantage; Government policy commitment moderator variables advantage.
