On the degradation mechanism of functioning solar cells based on organic-inorganic perovskites

摘要: This paper presents the first attempt to build a model and detect degradation mechanism of organic-inorganic photovoltaic solar cells based on perovskites. The cross section process formation close Frenkel pair in sublattice iodine is obtained its annealing channels are found. It concluded that there nonmonotonic dependence stationary number defects intensity radiation, which allows one analyze properties radiation resistance device ionizing radiation.
