摘要: A series of metal complexes cobalt(II), nickel(II) and copper(II) have been synthesized with newly derived biologically active ligands. These ligands were by the condensation 3-substituted-4-amino-5-hydrazino-1,2,4-triazole 8-formyl-7-hydroxy-4-methylcoumarin. The probable structure has proposed on basis elemental analyses spectral (IR, Uv-Vis, magnetic, ESR, FAB-mass thermal studies) data. Electro chemical study is also reported. All these are non-electrolytes in DMF DMSO. their Co(II), Ni(II) Cu(II) screened for antibacterial (Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, pyogenes Pseudomonas aeruginosa) antifungal (Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus cladosporium) activities MIC method. brine shrimp bioassay was carried out to vitro cytotoxic properties.
