摘要: Abstract This study evaluated the essential oils of clove-basil (Ocimum gratissimum) and ginger (Zingiber officinale) as anesthetics for South American catfish Pseudoplatystoma reticulatum their effects on fish hematology plasma glucose. For each oil, three concentrations were tested (100 mg L−1, 150 mg L−1 200 mg L−1) a control lacking was also present. Fish with mean weight 40.0 ± 9.9 g used to provide 6 replicates per treatment, being replicate.
