摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter deals with synthetic nucleotide-peptides, phosphoamide and phosphoester bonds. It reviews that nucleotide-peptides proves to be very useful in elucidating the mode of action enzymes nucleotide exchange from point view activation phosphate residue mononucleotide, as well noncovalent interactions between active center enzymes. Application physical methods for study molecules model closely arranged amino acid radicals heterocyclic bases, open new perspectives investigation structural arrangement nucleoproteins ribosomes viruses. Besides, nucleotide-(P-N)-peptides are also elaborating a enzymatic synthesis internucleotide linkages, these compounds have some features enzyme–substrate complexes. concludes steric closeness such “enzyme-substrate complexes” may give rise formation linkages. One hope this principle become basic one self-assembly oligonucleotides form double-stranded polynucleotides.
