摘要: When courts are faced with questions regarding the territorial scope of internal legislation, they required to engage controversial issues pertaining permissible boundaries regulatory reach, which go beyond traditional conceptions state sovereignty and non-intervention on functioning is normally based. This Article examines role Court Justice European Union (‘CJEU’) in reviewing legality interpretation extraterritorial reach EU environmental law, including animal welfare. It assesses extent judicial review by CJEU serves as a transnational mechanism for addressing legitimacy concerns raised unilateral exercise power borders.
