摘要: The incidence of chronic renal failure (CRF) is approximately 200 cases per million people in different Western countries. Recent data indicate that the incidences these pathologies are increasing. Ninety percent patients with CRF report oral signs and symptoms affect both bone soft tissues. A broad range lesions may be observed uratemia patients, including following: gingival hyperplasia, enamel hypoplasia, petechiae, bleeding, others lesions. These require various types treatment ranging from dietary lifestyle changes to dialysis kidney transplantation. often leads multiple manifestations difficult for dentists manage. present study examined characteristics this disease, existing therapeutic options relevant considerations dental professionals.
